Harwood Rise is a collection of homes combining the best of traditional and contemporary living which is reflected in the developers vision to create 5 individually styled homes with space inside and out.
GAS Studio was asked to create a brand identity and branding elements that would create interest and attract potential buyers to explore these interesting new homes. The identity needed to work at different scales across print and screen. The playfully crafted identity takes it’s colour palette and structure from the homes themselves, these colours are then followed through into the printed brochure, to visually define each house.
Creating a community with space
The Harwood Rise identity was formed from five coloured elements. Each strand colour represents one of the homes in the development, these were then combined in a circle to symbolise community. The arcs then break from the circle to create a wave and flow to the surrounding space. This was a connecting device through the brand materials.
Communicating quality with materials
The homes were defined by the use of quality materials and natural features, this was then represented in the printed brochure using smooth natural uncoated paper stock. The brand was a combination of style and colour that resulted in the quick successful sale of all 5 homes.
