Q Smartdesign involved us from the very early stages of their new company, with just a company name we collaborated to form a design brief that would evolve over the next 5 years.
We created a logo identity and simple impactful icon with a modern colour palette to express the nature of the business high-end Cinema, Audio, Security, Lighting design and installation. We worked closely with the client to devise a brand that would work in all environments and not distract from the visual impact of their imagery. This involved all aspects from directing of specialist interiors photography to commissioning and implementation of sign specification and production.
Constantly adapting to new technologies
After holding workshops and targeted sessions with the Q Smartdesign team discussing all parts of the internal and external business processes that underpin their products and services, GAS created initial mood boards and research to inspire the creation of the new brand.
Q Smartdesign continues to expand into new services and innovate technologies, we developed a brand identity that would work in all the company’s current and future sectors. A striking icon was developed that could be used as part of the new identity or a stand alone element to create subtle brand awareness. Alongside the identity a simple 2 colour interchangeable palette was created to give the brand flexibility in a range of environments, whilst still keeping it’s high end luxury tone.
Allowing brand flexibility
Gas working closely with Q Smartdesign begin to slowly reveal the new brand across company stationery, company vehicles, clothing and into the digital environment, with a new website concept and social media. We continue to work with Q Smartdesign on all brand materials to ensure the brand is expressed coherently and is positioned to evolve and develop where needed.
